Refund Policy

We want you to enroll with confidence. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

Full Refund Window

You can request a full refund of your course fee any time before the second live class of your course begins. Once the second live class has started, the course is no longer eligible for a refund.

After the Refund Window

We're unable to offer refunds once the refund window above has passed, including for missed classes or if you decide to stop attending partway through a course.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@aitraininginstitute.in with your full name, the course you enrolled in, and your enrollment/payment details. We'll confirm your eligibility and next steps by email.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days of approval.

Course Cancelled by Us

If we cancel a batch or course before it starts, you'll receive a full refund regardless of the window above.

Corporate Training

Refund terms for corporate training cohorts are agreed directly with the business at the time of booking and may differ from this policy.
